Privacy notice

How we handle what you send us. Last updated 23 October 2026.

Who we are

This website, aerovax.co.uk, is run by Aerovax Spatial Logistics Ltd, trading as Aerovax, a company registered in England and Wales. We are the controller of the personal data described here. For anything about your data, email enquiries@aerovax.co.uk.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry through the form, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, what your enquiry is about, the site, property or project you are asking about, your message, and the page you sent it from. If your enquiry is about a development near your property, we also receive the development you name and your interest in the property, if you give them. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to tell us.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts, so there is nothing to consent to. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. If that ever changes, this notice will change first, and anything that needs your consent will ask for it.

Why, and on what basis

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal or carry out work. Under UK data protection law our basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where you are asking about work, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not use your details for marketing, and we never sell them or share them for anyone else’s marketing.

Who handles it for us

The website and the form run on Cloudflare. Messages from the form are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. Both act on our instructions and may process data outside the United Kingdom, under the safeguards UK law requires for international transfers.

If your enquiry leads to work on a site, we will share what is needed with the other parties to it, such as the developer, a neighbouring owner or their advisers, and with the specialists appointed for the work, such as surveyors, drone operators or solicitors. We will tell you before we do.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within two years. Where an enquiry leads to work, we keep the correspondence for as long as the work and any claims arising from it might need it, and for no longer than six years after the work ends.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it, by emailing enquiries@aerovax.co.uk. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
